Adding Designs using Knifty Knitter round loom

by Philip

So I've gotten back into making hats and I thought it would be really cool to make a hat with a letter on it for a gift for my friend (Matt, so a M). Anyways the only way I see this is possible would be on every peg where it would switch colors (Navy base with a gray letter) to cut the yarn and tie on the other color and then switch back when I'm done. Is there any other way that this could happen or is that the only way. I just want to save time and fear that there will be to many knots with that method.

on't forget searching youtube, for vids on loom-knitting letters, etc.

Knotty issue NEW
by: Jenyfer

Just carry your other color behind the added one. You'll knot once at the beginning and once at the end of the design. You will have to be careful to keep your yarns from tangling, but carrying is the way to go.
