Adding more yarn to your project.

I am making a scarf and ran out of yarn. How do I add more of the same yarn to the end of my project.

Adding more yarn to your project NEW

Just tie it on with a nice neat square knot!
Or you can do a russian join (see below) a tiny bit more involved, but no knots!

If it is wool, you can untwist the last 1/2 inch plus of each strand, connect the old and new (kinda intertwined ends) - spray with light water mist, and roll them between your hands to "Felt" them - (fibres will intertwine and hook into each other with friction)
