Backward Scarf

I started making a scarf a couple of days ago, and I just realized that part of my scarf is backwards! I have no idea how it happened since I just learned how to use the looms. If I could show you a picture I would. The beginning of the scarf looks really good, but then there's a good chunk of the scarf that looks like the backside, then the rest of the scarf after that looks like the beginning! Can anybody tr me how this happened? You can really tell the difference in the parts. I thought I had been doing it the same throughout the entire time :(
