Can't find a 48 pegged round loom!

by Danielle
(Redding Ca US)

I have 4 round looms and 4 long, and I just got a loom craft book. Want to make the afghan in it, but it requires a 48 pegged loom, and I only have up to I believe 40 pegs. Been looking all morning and cant find a bigger one! Help please, and thanks. I'm addicted to loom knitting now :)

48 peg hat loom NEW
by: Anonymous

It is so unfortunate that KK no longer makes the 48 peg hat loom. CinDWoodCrafts does indeed make a nice hat loom for $24. You can pick out the color of your pegs (red/green/tan/blue/purple). Shipping cost is $10+ (almost half the cost of the loom).

Knifty Knitter Purple Loom NEW
by: Anonymous

I just bought a 48 peg looms from If you buy the 5/8" gauge loom it is the same as the Purple Knifty Knitter loom which is no longer made and hard to find even at a higher price. A Purple KK loom just sold on Ebay for $100. I paid $24 for a beautiful wood hand crafted loom with pegs of my color choice.
