converting questions for knitting in the round....

by Nicole Lee
(leesville, sc, us)

So I bought this book "celebrity knit slouchy beanies" from hobby lobby when I was first learning to knit with needles. I can kinda needle knit but it makes the cyst in my wrist act up and its uncomfortable. My mom bought me a set of round looms and the biggest loom has 41 pegs. Every site I have looked at for coverting patterns says that if the pattern is in the round change nothing and read/knit as is, this cannot be so if it says to cast on 88 stitches. Does anyone know or have an idea as to how to go about doing this, Can it be done? Any help or information will be written down and greatly appreciated.

Thanks Nicole

knitting pattern NEW

You might need to get a long loom in order to cast on 88 stitches, such as the Knifty Knitter long blue loom. This loom is the longest one they make and will allow you to cast on a great deal of stitches.
