My first project on a loom! I am confused. Trying to make a dog sweater on the red 31 peg round loom. I just casted off pegs 1-9. Now it says decrease 3 stitches on each side so i will then have 16 to work with. Casting off and decreasing look similar. Is there a good video to follow or can someone give me detailed steps?
