A FEW OF MY LOOMS (OTHERS HAVE PROJECTS IN THEM)

A FEW OF MY LOOMS (OTHERS HAVE PROJECTS IN THEM)

I have been looming for a little over 2 years and like many others I am totally obsessed with this wonderful productive past time. I started out with the round KK's and still love and use them quite often. They are inexpensive and definitely have an important place in looming. I began to venture out into the loom world with wooden looms, boards, rakes of all different gauges and absolutely falling in love with the beauty and practicality of these wonderful tools. My favorite looms are from Decor Accents, Markham and Authentic Knitting Board. I do have my very favorite and they are my AJAL, Wonderloom, Infinity Looms and efg oval sock loom (all from Decor Accents. My favorite dishcloth loom is Penny's rake from Markham's. I find that the looms with nylon pegs are much easier to use than the cotter pins though I do love my Penny's rake with cotter pins. I am excited about the revolution of the new looms geared at changing gauges and think this will be a great thing to watch as they get better and better. I would like to see more ergonomic picks with different sharpnesses for using with different gauges.

i ordered an infinity loom from them back in january 2012. as of yet i have heard nothing from them. i have emailed tried to call everything i can do to get my money back but no go now i am very pissed with them and if i could find a way to really let them know that they have hurt many people by taking their money and promising something and not delivering. i join the rest of you and wish we all knew about these jokers ahead of time. so i am out of money i could use on something else.

D A Looms NEW
by: Barbara

Good luck getting your product from DA Looms. They took my money in December, and now won't return calls, return emails, cancel order, return my money, deliver product, or any of the other things legitimate businesses do. Trying to get my money back from Amex now, will never do business with these flakes again.

Your review and your decorating!
by: hazeleyes

Thank you for an excellent review of looming tools, I have not yet begun but through your eyes I see many possibilities for turning 'downtime' into productive time.

Arts and crafts tool as... ART! Gorgeous, practical, time-saving, and effective. What a wise woman you are.

Inexpensive?
by: Anonymous

I have to disagree with you on being inexpensive. On the contrary... they are very expensive but that isn't the point.... it's whether or not we use them enough to offset the cost :o)
I love your neat wall display!
