I use fuzzy yarn but use it with a matching color or regular yarn and it works great. The regular yarn gives it structure and the fuzzy yarn adds the fun. I make "Santa Hats" with the brim in white regular yarn and white fuzzy yarn, works out really cute.

I really like this pattern for a kids project. I teach children on Sundays and they would have a lot of fun with this...simple enough for everyone and end results to be proud of. Thanks, Rebecca! Good Job!
