help with a poncho

I would like to make myself a poncho with a rectangle loom but i dont know how to do the measurements and I am really stuck. I found a pattern on provo crafts but you use a round loom and I really want to use my longer looms.

Also, I would like to know if anyone can help me convert round loom knitting to rectangle knitting? Thank you so much for your help!

This is Kristen's youtube channel. She makes amazing videos, most on the KKs, but also martha stewrat loom, etc. Tons of how toos, and she has an amazing stitch (vid) directory, Starts at the beginning KKs round and longloom, and then goes way beyond, all in full color!It is loomilicious! Tons of patterns also! -
