I wanna make water a bottle holder.

by Loom beginner

I want to make a water bottle holder for my kids to wear like a purse when they go to camp, but I don't want the top to be loose. I want it to be able to shut tight. How can I make one on my loom?

In the book "Loom Crafts with Knifty Knitter" by. Shannon Erling, there is a baby bottle and water bottle cover pattern that you can add a handle to using a spool loom to make a chain. She has you make a thick strip of knitting, so you can tie the top of the bottle holder closed. To make the water bottle holder, you use the Knifty Knitter Flower Loom, so it make a narrower tube.

I have not made the bottle holder yet, but it looks very easy.

Yes, you can definitely make one on your loom, and the facebook link group below have made several - (see photos) and all have advice on the best way to go. As far as the closing top, you could simply make an extra flat panel that closes down over the pouch, and wither ties or buttons -
