Knifty Knitter knitting looms are made of plastic, are inexpensive and include simple instructions and a knitting loom hook with every purchase.

Although Knifty Knitters are wildly popular, they tend to work best as a "beginner's knitting loom". Many people prefer to upgrade to sturdier wooden looms as they become more skilled. And since the instructions that are included with them are very basic, it's always a good idea to get a good knitting loom instruction book to help you really get an understanding of all that you can do with your knitting loom.

Watching videos can help, too. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video must be worth a whole bunch of lessons. ;-)
