Does anyone know if Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Joanns, etc. carry loom picks, without the whole loom set? Thanks!

Independent loom pics NEW
by: Jen Tavernier

Yes! One can buy single loom pics!

Joannes usually has them! (some really cool ones from the knitting board - single pics.
Michaels, at Walmart, "Boyes"

And they are also easy to find online.

Call your local stores ahead of time, if they are out, they can order for you -!

I also have sets of pics (in case!) that I got at the tool/hardware stores - they are usually in the automotive department - sets of 4)

Online, try craft outlets site, look under knitting and yarns, accessories, and/or they usually have a loom knitting machine section.

I am one of those who also keeps 5 or 6 or more around, because I leave them around the house, or they get lost in the sofa cushions. Gotta have my extra pics!

Note - Lion Brand does the martha stewart looms, (which are awesome) - however, their pics/hooks will not stand up to much usage. They will replace nicely at customer service, but the Knifty knitter pics, boyes pics, knitting board pics, all in loom pics, are all great - they last forever. You will also find extra peg sets, etc.

If you have a rug-making store orweaving store anywhere around, look there too!
