What would be a good high-quality yarn for hats? I am new to looming hats, and trying to find the best yarn. There's also a picture of the first hat that I made. Help! Please, and thank you!!!

Very pretty!
As far as best yarn, well, I make do with whatever walmart has - (2 strands #4) or really killer Boucle yarn (chunky) or boucle and # 5 super saver.

(these are for adult guys who need warm snug ski hats)

I haven't tried smaller hats - but did some open mesh type (beanies) for summer, just used one strand # 4 variegated red heart or lion -
for little ones I would think whatever is soft and stretchy! LOL! Good luck!
