i REALLY like my knifty knitter looms! i used to needle knit & crochet since childhood. when i had a stroke & could use only 1 hand, i was told to forget knitting but i didnt give up. i bought the round looms at rag shop, the purple one at ac moore and the long looms at walmart. they r ez to use, but the gauge is so big that u have to use the bulky #6 yarn, which is hard to find. i have to use 2 strands of regular red heart yarn 4 all my projects. the looms are good quality, but the instructions give u twisted knitting. i had to watch youtube & buy a book to do regular knitting.
