Mistaken Dropped Stitch

How do you pick up a dropped stitch on a sock loom? I thought I was picking up the right stitch, only to find a big hole. HELP

Arghhh! Hate it when that happens!
I actually have the knifty knitters - but dropped stitches are dropped stitchs. When I have a hole, but it is NOT unraveling anymore, I finish whatever, and then go back, thread a needle, and tediously sew/weave it shut.

At least on thicker yarns, you can get away with it - on sock weight - yikes! it might call for judicios darning or the above. Or you can tell people - oh - that's my trademark!

Also, if you are on Facebook, there is a great looming group (all kinds) called knifty knitter loom creations -
tons of great active and interested people, help with everything, and fast, and tons of pics and vids and patterns and books - it's really like a giant loom sircle - and VERY worth it, no matter what kind of loom you have -
