My Girl Scout leader taught us with thread spool and thumbtack knitters...when I found these I was so thrilled...I got them for my 15 year old daughter for Christmas. She used these looms as a way to deal with her pain, she had RSD...I have the last hat she was working on...she didn't die from RSD, but from a car accident...I miss her, but using these looms helps me through the tougher days...We're making baby hats for awareness of "The Period of the Purple Cry"
