Socks Question

Please Help!!! I have been knitting a pair of socks on the KB sock loom. While this process is much slower than using dp needles, I am enjoying it as a nice change. I completed the ribbed cuff and am half-way down the leg when I noticed a dropped stitch several rows down. I have absolutely no idea how to pick up these stitches and dread the thought of having to start all over again. If I have to choice but to start all over, I'll donate the loom and go back to my dp needles. I have e-mailed KB but have received no reply so I am asking your advice.
