I have noticed some of your comments are dated 2012 and that people are still ordering from D A Looms. As far as I am aware, they went bust in 2011.
I ordered the Infinity ll in January 2011 and I am still waiting. I tried to get my money back from Paypal, but no luck, so assume I have lost my money. Living in the UK there doesn't appear to be anything I can do about the matter. Has anyone got any information about this company?

I placed an order in March, noticed the website store was closed this week. Came upon your input at the site here and I called my bank. I have to fill out a mastercard disputed form. My credit card is closed as of today and a new one is on the way (7-10 days). I will get my money back but it will take some time. Heads-up, I suggest go to your bank to fill the form out. So the process can start ASAP. You only have a certain amount of time to claim your money back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DA LOOMS!!!!
I ordered a loom and hooks 3 months ago and have not received it and they charged my card and they refuse to return calls and emails and have even disconnected the phone # on their website.. ......and today another person got everyone's email addresses from a previous email they (DA LOOMS) sent.. and emailed us all... it seems there are A LOT of us who are having the same problems...im guessing at least 25-30 (that's how many responded to the email) saying they were having the same problem since November

regarding D.A.LoomsNEW by: Anonymous
I have put in an order with D.A Looms and have not received the infinity loom. I have tried to contact them using the email they have given me on they're web site and the phone number, which was no longer in service the only way I got them to respond was to put in a dispute with pay pal. I have complained to them about they're lack of response and they're failure to send the product in a timely manner. They have no problem in taking our money but when you need to inquire about the product on if they sent it or getting a refund forget it. Do not order from this company!!!

should I trust this company?NEW by: Thalie
Hi,
I am new at loom knitting and like it a lot.
I was looking to make socks and slippers
with thin and bulk yarn ( for adult woman size 7 and men size 10 )
since I don't know the number of pegs I will need, as well as the spacing between pegs ( cause it depend on the yarn right?)
I thought my best bet would be to buy the wondersock II fine and extra fine gauge.
I thought it was pretty expensive to buy those two
at the same time, but I finally convince myself to do so... and I come here and two comments in February tell that they had problem with their order from Daloom....
should I take a chance ? and loose $100 ?!
anybody else ordered from them??
or should I try to find something else...

Custom loomsNEW by: Etoile
The feedback I have received regarding these looms has not been good, my husband and I are in the designing stage of a newer version. The available "S" looms are large and difficult to hold while using. To make a loom like this more user friendly, a loom holder is really needed. Once the piece starts taking on size, it can then drop down instead of having to be continuously maneuvered. I will email everyone when I get the kinks worked out. Thanks! Estrella
Etoile2465@yahoo.com
Meanwhile, the adjustable sock loom I have is:
$27.50 for the standard Aspen or Clear Pine,
$35.00 in Oak, Hickory or Maple or Cherry
$65.00 in Purple Heart, Zebrawood, Zapele Or Budinga
If you have another exotic wood you like email me and I can quote you (based on Availability.)

No Long Make Serenity LoomNEW by: AMorris423
The company that made the Serenity Loom (I think it was Knitfy Knitters but not positive) is no longer making the Serenity Loom. From what I understand, it did not receive good ratings due to the way it was planned out and the placement of the pegs. I have heard good things about the DA Looms, so you might try one of those.

Look for an infinity loom, instead. by: Anonymous
Hi,
As far as I can tell, serenity looms and infinity looms are the same. Do a Google search and look for infinity looms instead.

Serenity Looms by: Marsha
Some of the Hobby Lobby stores still have looms. You are going to have to check any or all of the stores that are the closest to you and includes looking in the clearance section of each store. Because you never know what you are going to find. Check with any family members that live in areas that have Hobby Lobby stores and have them check their clearance sections as well, just to be on the safe side. Otherwise you are going to have to check Ebay or anywhere else that might be selling them such as at flea markets or places like that. Good luck!

You might have to look overseas... by: Salli
I looked everywhere online to find a Sereniy loom, but couldn't find one. Then, I checked Amazon.co.uk and I was able to find for sale. It was expensive, but I did get it.

s-shaped looms by: peg
If you really want a s-shaped loom, spend the extra cash and buy a wooden one. They will last while the plastic one sold at Hobby Lobby breaks very easily.

Hobby Lobby by: Marsha Mason
Hobby Lobby does not sell the Serenity Loom online. The only way you can get one of these looms is to call the corporate office and see if they will sell you one directly or you are going to have to go to one of the stores located in the closest state or possibly where a relative might live and get them to purchase it and ship it to you. I do not know why they won't sell them online unless it is because a customer never asked them to sell it that way. But call the corporate office in Oklahoma and talk to a customer service representative and they can help you. Here is the corporate telephone number. 405-745-1100 Good Luck!

Serenity Looms by: Marsha Mason
The only place I know of that has the Serenity Loom is Hobby Lobby. They restarted selling them sometime last year and as far as I know still are selling them. I do not believe you can order them online from Hobby Lobby but you can always call their customer service number which you can find on their website and give them a call and ask if it is available for purchase online or even over the telephone. Hobby Lobby isn't in California but it is in Arizona and Utah. Give them a call and good luck.
